High Performance Habits

In this course you will learn about the power of habits, how they are formed, and how they directly affect your professional success and life outcomes.
You will then receive a habit formation system and create your own “habit plan” by selecting from a menu of rituals that are proven to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well-being and performance. Finally, you will align your plan with your professional goals and take part in a ’21-day habit-challenge’ in teams.

• Learn about the “four human energy centers” and how to nourish them.
• Create your own personalized ‘habit plan’
